Milling

Jay Baba uses the latest available machinery in the milling process and mills 1000 tons of rice per day. The paddy to be milled goes through many processes and must meet set standards before the actual milling begins. Quality control is an integral part of the milling process and rice recovery is maintained at a high 62-65 percent.
